Swasthavritta department is one among the most important since it spreads the beautifull concept in Ayurveda which says “ swasthasya swasthyasamrakshanam”which simply means prevention is better than cure. This department teaches the healthy way of living by imparting the knowledge of Dinacharya(healthy daily routine) rithucharya (seasonal routine) virudhahara ( incompatible foods ) etc. This department hold the responsibility of teaching yoga and meditation.The department has expert faculty to teach yoga. This also provides the knowledge on Naturopathy treatment and nutrition.
OUR INFRASTRUCTURE
